The Culinary Arts Diploma Program offers students the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to obtain entry-level positions in the field. Students obtain practical experience in hygiene and sanitation, preparation of menus, as well as preparation and storage of sauces, meats, and desserts. Students are eligible to sit for the certification exam-ServSafe ® Food Manager.
